To Donna, Dick & Tim: It was sad to hear of your father passing, I will miss the letters & notes he use to send to me with updates of what was going on in his life and the family. Your mother use to write me and upon her passing I thought the correspondence would stop but your father dropped a line to say keep writing and I'll write back and we both did. I will really miss him as

I just found out today about Mr. Pickett's passing. I'm so sorry to have missed the funeral. Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers. I enjoyed seeing him at Maris Stella every Saturday night mass in the summer and our conversations when I stopped by to say hi. We will miss him. I apologize for not sending a mass card but I do not have any of your addresses.
Sincerely-
Mary Beth Stefanowicz

I have enjoyed all our talks on baseball and the Navy. It has been an honor to stand by you as a Red Sox Fan! I always said you were one of the smartest men I have ever known. Every time I see your picture when you were younger I always think of Frank Sinatra - Old Blue Eyes. Thank you for always being on my side and understanding how hard it can be to grow up to be

Grandpa, you will forever hold a very special place in my heart. I will greatly miss our summers together and our weekly Thursday evening chats on my way home from work.
You and Nonn were two of the greatest influences on my life. The memories we shared from trips to the naval base, tagging alongside you on the golf course, to playing cribbage & Acey Deucey, reading the Lockhorns, watching you win a Macarena contest at the bank and our

Dad. I know that you are with mom now and you are finally at peace. I believe we will all be together some day. It was a very different and challenging life that we lived through together. You are now all squared away with nothing but smooth sailing ahead. Love you and miss you. Your son Richard.

My great uncle Bill came down from chestnut hill to Avalon for the weekend and said if I get up early I could go fishing/ crabbing with him and(Nono) Olinto. I was about 8 or 9 at the time, I over slept. I was so upset I ran out of the house with fishing pole in hand all the way up to 57th street pier. I could see them in the far distance laughing and having fun. I frantically yelled

I will always remember our Sunday mornings going to WaWa for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Also watching all your favorite TV shows and recalling your days of flying with the Hurricane Hunters. Thank you for your service and rest in peace! Conrad
