Tribute & Message From The Family

Gabrielle Michaelis-Cifoni, 58, of Belleplain, NJ, formerly of Bradenton, FL, went home to be with the Lord on October 31st, 2018. Gabrielle was born on January 14th, 1960 in New York City to Lansing & Arlette (deMonceau) Michaelis (deceased). She was the sister of Jacqueline Soffe of Enterprise, Alabama & Lansing "Doc" Michaelis of New Orleans, Louisiana. Gabrielle was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Casimir's of Woodbine, NJ. Even as her health began to falter, her selfless nature and ability to put others before herself never wavered. Her sense of humor was second to none and she was always there with a funny story and a witty quip. She received her Masters in Mathematics from University of South Florida and was an admirable teacher for over 20 years. Later in her career, as a Professor of Mathematics, she had the distinguished honor of being named "Professor of the Year" multiple times. She enjoyed her title as Professional Shopper, Chef and Grandmother Extraordinaire; but her proudest and most noteworthy, personal accomplishment was having the title of "Mommie". Gabrielle is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Daniel Cifoni and her two children, DJ (Jeni) Scheid of Palmetto, Florida; Josephine Scheid of Bradenton, Florida and her step daughters, who she so lovingly raised, Bobbie Scheid & Chantel Laud of Bradenton, Florida. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren Chase, Madisyn, Cayla, Kinsley, Lily, Britney & Ciarra; and many adoring cousins, nieces and nephews, friends, colleagues, countless students and extended family members that she held close to her heart. Please join us at St. Casimir's Catholic Church, 304 Clay St., Woodbine, NJ 08270 for a celebratory Mass in honor of her life on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Locks of Love, 234 Southern Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 - LocksOfLove.org; or The Ronald McDonald House Charity, 110 North Carpenter Street, Chicago, IL 60607 - RMHC.org.

My dear beloved Brie, my "Twin Cousin Girl", aka my "Twinnie".

I still cannot realise you left us so fast, @least in this profane world.

A talented and devoted person you were;
Gifted in many ways. The brains, the looks...

We all remember it.

But beyond, you've been developing human skills, at your expenses sometimes, never giving up. No gift, there. Only yourself, your mindset and your approach to the Other.

That's HOW and WHY we WILL remember you. In our ❤s. Allways.

I, we love you ❤❤❤

PS: You remember the beach chair I forgot a long, long time ago on the beach? I'm sure you got it back, now. May you please book me a spot for it in heaven, where you are now, and where, when my time has come, I wish to reside, only to stay with you.

To Brie's Family,

I am so very sorry to hear about Brie's passing. Brie was a person who left an imprint of kindness, love, courage, and compassion on everyone she came in contact with.

I know there is no amount of time on this earth to prepare us for the passage of such a beautiful person. I pray that your memories of Brie will comfort you throughout your lives.

My deepest sympathy,
Valerie

I had the pleasure of meeting and mentoring Brie in 2015 when she earned her real estate license and joined our Keller Williams company. She was an outstanding person in many ways. She will be missed by all of us who knew her.

My best friend since 8 years old. She taught me handwriting in 3rd grade. Brielle taught me that, Sometimes you have to go thru life situations with a smile cause some things there is no turning back. I could go on and on about what I learned from Brielle.
Brielle made an impact on every student she taught. I can't say how many times, I
was told by her student's, that she got them thru the class.
I will miss her until I see her again in God's world! I know Brielle, you will be an asset in heaven.

Love you,
DeeDee
