Condolence & Memory Journal

A dear & sweet soul is singing w/the angels & made Heaven just a little bit
happier with Miss Hattie's dear presence. I didn't know her long but it was
easy to tell she was a rare jewel & will be greatly missed.
My sympathies to her family & prayers for you, too.

Accept my deepest and heartfelt condolences

Dear Great Grandmom,

As much as I hate to say this, I believe that things will never be the same. I feel like I missed out on so much time...selfishly I thought you would always be here. Our family is blessed to not have experienced death so frequently as other families and I know that it was only because of your prayers, which have protected your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. All the values you have instilled in us will remain. As I continue to find my way thru this journey i will keep you FOREVER in my heart! I hope that your prayers will continue to guide all of us thru This Thing Called Life, until we meet again.

Love your Great Grandaughter,

Shaqela

To The Robinson Family,

I send my heartfelt sympathy at this difficult time. Mo. Brooks was such a blessing to me while I lived in NJ. Recently, as always when I called her she would take great delight in saying my name as we both laughed and sang the Ole Hymns of Zion over the phone. What a beautiful example of a true Woman of God. She will be truly missed. Thank you Robinson Family for sharing such a gift with others unselfishly. Job well done.

Sleep well, See You In The Morning Mo. Brooks!

As always,
Your Pastor Karen

My deepest condolences to the all the family and friends of Mother Brooks especially First Lady , (my sister in Christ) Vanessa Robinson. Mother Hattie, was kind and loving, gentle and a gracious woman of God.Mother Brooks would always rub my back and smile and tell me everything was gonna be just fine. I am honored to have known her. I know she is with Our Lord Jesus Christ. I know Brother Frank (my husband) is happy to see her and i rejoice in knowing they are praising the Lord together.

I'm sitting and reading some of the ways my gram touched your lives. She has taught us, prayed for us, tarried with us, cried out for us, laboyred in the vineyard, covered us in Jesus name, she had church with us, watched us, groomed us to work in Gods kingdom. She has been more than a Grandmother to all of us. Oh taste and see that the Lord he is good. Blessed is the man that trust in him. We are blessed to have known her, blessed to have had her in our lives. She has blessed us. Brooks family the torch has been passed. We will run and not get weiry. We will walk and not faint. In her words I want to say. SHIFT. God bless you all. Thank you for your prayers. But Mother already prayed us through this..

To the Brooks Family,
To God Be the Glory, He had a loving gracious soldier, who showed others the love of Christ. Sorry to hear she is no longer with us, but she has gained her heavenly reward laying in the arms of the Lord. I haven't seen Mother Brooks since my brother in Law was called home. I know they are rejoicing.
Send prayers of comfort to you all!

My sincere condolences to the family. Whenever I came home to visit, Mother Brooks would always remember me and greet me with a hug and smile. She was sharp, wise, witty, loving and always so very caring and kind. Her legacy will undoubtedly continue on through the lives she touched both at home and through our beloved Christ Gospel Love Center. She truly made me want to be a better man. In a way that I can't even explain - I always wanted to make Mother Brooks proud. I somehow felt and knew that she was always praying for me. She saw the best in me. I just felt it. Rest in peace. Your mission here on earth - was accomplished. Thank you for making such a profound difference.
