Army Emblem

Levering, Edwin W., 90, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Friday, March 23, 2018. Born in North Wildwood to the late Edward and Lillian Talarick Levering, he was a lifetime resident of this area. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and worked as a postal clerk at the Post Office in Wildwood. He was a former member of St. Ann's Church and attended Our Lady of the Angels Church. He also was in the Knights of Columbus Council 2572 North Wildwood.

Mr. Levering is survived by his children, Edwin (Sherry), Margaret Wempe, Brian (Betty), Cecelia Comperatore (John), and Joan Casale; his twelve grandchildren; and his ten great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Levering on August 14, 2017.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of the Angels Church, 35 East Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
