BLAIR, FREDERICK A., of Ocean View, passed away at his home on February 27, 2018. Fred was a life long florist, and loved flowers and his customers. He founded Blair's Florist in Aston, PA with his parents, the late Fred, Sr. and his beloved mother, Mary Leona at the age of 17 where he served the people of Aston, PA for thirty one years.

In 1991, Fred opened Rocky and Fred's Creative Design Florist in Sea Isle City with his partner, Rocky, and served the area for twenty seven years. His many floral accomplishments include many awards. He taught design school and did flower shows all over the county, and he worked on the floral arrangements for President Nixon's inauguration. He was an officer with TeleFlora.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and sister. He is survived by his partner, Rocco Camma.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call 10:00 a.m. to noon. Interment will be private at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. A memorial in his name will be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for each floral offering received at his service.
