Patriotic Emblem

SCHWARTZ, JOSEPH J., 81, of Avalon, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, October 12, 2018 at his home. He was formerly of Colwyn, PA and was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta.

Joe, as he was known by, was retired from Quality Lithographic and was a member of the Moose Lodge of North Wildwood. He was a Korean War Veteran. He loved the game of darts and was an outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, crabbing, and his turtles.

Mr. Schwartz is survived by his four sons, Jeff (Julie), Mike, Chris (Sandy), and Eric (Bridget); eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Viewing and visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Cape May County Zoo, 707 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
