She passed following a brief vacation to attend and celebrate a family wedding in Williamsburg, VA on June 11, 2018.

Michele, a Licensed Practical Nurse, practiced her profession at Salamanca NY's General Hospital for 8 years and then Cape May Court House's Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital for 12 years, later moving on to serve as a Wound and Floor Nurse at several convalescent centers and nursing homes in Cape May County before forced to disability retirement. She had also served as temporary Woodbine Elementary School Nurse.
