Kraemer, IV, Thomas E., age 28, of Stone Harbor, NJ, died suddenly on January 11, 2013, in Cape May Court House, NJ. He was born in San Francisco, CA, the son of Thomas E. III and Cynthia Michels Kraemer. Tommy was a graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School where he was on the swim team and was All-State; a member of the National Honor Society; and was ESA South Jersey District Junior Mens Champion. He also had attended University of North Carolina of Wilmington. Tommy was a "waterman" who loved surfing, fishing, and outdoor activities. He was passionate about cooking and was the sous chef at Peter Shields Restaurant in Cape May. Tommy was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lauren (nee Bailey), parents Thomas E. III and Cynthia Kraemer, his mother and father-in-law Frank and Phyllis Bailey, and grandparents Evelyn Michels Hubbard and George Hubbard. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 10 am until Noon at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 92nd and Third Avenue, Stone Harbor, NJ followed by his funeral service at the church at Noon. Interment will be private at St. Mary's Cemetery, Cold Spring, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to the Surfrider Foundation, South Jersey Chapter and may be mailed to 636 Ocean Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226 with reference to the Tommy Kraemer Memorial.
